Purchase a J Japan Giveaways Snack Box and earn a chance to win a custom 1998 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 5! Here are the official sweepstakes rules:

1. ENTRY PERIOD:

J Japan Giveaways (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by J Japan Giveaways LLC (hereinafter, the “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM EST on [start date], and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on [end date] (“Entry Period”).

2. SWEEPSTAKES ELIGIBILITY:

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States or Puerto Rico, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry, and have a valid driver’s license. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes: Sponsor; any of Sponsor’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or advertising and promotion agencies; and any employee, officer, director, representative or agent of any of the foregoing persons and the immediate family members (spouses and siblings, children and parents and their spouses, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such individuals. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor may verify eligibility at any time. The Sponsor will make any determinations of eligibility. Sponsor’s decision as to eligibility is final.

3. TO PARTICIPATE:

Eligible participants can enter into the Sweepstakes in the following manner:

Entry Method 1: Completing an eligible purchase for a J Japan Snack Box, or digital product, on www.jjapangiveaways.com.

Eligible participants will receive entries on all eligible purchases as follows:

• Nagoya Box = 350 entries
• Fukuoka Box = 250 entries
• Yokohama (Create Your Own) Box = 650 entries
• Tokyo Box = 550 entries
• Kawasaki Box = 450 entries
• Kyoto Box = 150 entries
• Every $1 spent on a digital product = 5 entries

For example, if entrant purchases 2 digital products for a total of $20, they will receive 100 entries.

Any and all eligible purchases (made by eligible participants who consent to participate in the Sweepstakes) are not eligible for returns, chargebacks, or store credit. Any eligible purchases that are returned will automatically disqualify the eligible participant’s entries.

Entry Method 2: Mail a postcard (with postage) to Shop J Japan Giveaways LLC, 1415 W Oak Street #420713, Kissimmee, FL 34742 and include the following information:

• First and Last Name
• Email Address
• Telephone Number
• Mailing Address
• “J Japan Giveaways”

Eligible participants will receive 50 entries per postcard/letter.

Entries must be received by Sponsor no later than 11:59:59 PM EST on [end date]. Any attempt by a person to use multiple identities, fraudulent transactions, or cancelled transactions to gain more entries than permitted by these Official Rules shall result in disqualification in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Multiple entry formats such as robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods are void and will not be accepted as entries. By participating, entrants warrant and represent that they agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the final decisions of the Sponsor. Entry information becomes the exclusive property of Sponsor upon submission. Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of receipt of entry. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes his or her telephone number during the Sweepstakes.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS:

There will be one winner for this Sweepstakes. The winner will be selected by random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about [draw date] from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The Sponsor’s decision is final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The potential winner will be contacted by email and/or phone.

5. PRIZES:

The winner will receive a custom 1998 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 5. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No substitution of the prize is allowed, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. GENERAL TERMS:

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who violate these rules or engage in unsportsmanlike conduct. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical issues or delays that may impact entry into the Sweepstakes.

7. RELEASE:

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.

8. GOVERNING LAW:

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

9. WINNER’S LIST:

To obtain the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: J Japan Giveaways LLC, 1415 W Oak Street #420713, Kissimmee, FL 34742, within sixty (60) days of the drawing date.
